What will we deliver
The project’s goal is to conduct R&D work and implement an innovative system for monitoring the quality of potatoes during storage. This system will be based on advanced methods of volatile compound monitoring and digital imaging, supported by AI and ML algorithms. By independently utilizing data from digital imaging and volatile compound identification, the system will enable more effective monitoring of potato quality in storage facilities and allow for the earlier removal of potatoes affected by storage-related diseases.
